TablePlay is a social party-game application for creating and joining rooms, playing games with friends, and viewing game results.
1. App information
This policy applies to the Android application TablePlay, package com.tableplay.app.
2. Information we process
- Account and profile information for production sign-in through Google Credential Manager, including the Google subject identifier, name or display name, email address when provided by Google, nickname, and profile settings. The TablePlay backend verifies the sign-in token; it does not use Google as the gameplay database.
- Game history, results, statistics, achievements, questions, and answers.
- Custom games created or edited by the user, including titles, descriptions, prompts, and game settings.
- Room information, including room codes, membership, host or participant status, room state, expiry, and participant names.
- Avatar or profile photo information when the user chooses to upload or select a photo.
- Premium and subscription-access records and technical purchase-verification information.
- Technical diagnostic, security, and abuse-prevention information needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How information is used
TablePlay uses this information to authenticate sessions, maintain profiles, operate rooms, run games, display results and history, enforce Free and Premium access rules, provide support, prevent abuse, protect the service, and verify subscription access.
4. Avatars and camera
Avatars and profile photos selected by the user are optional. They may be stored in the app's private device storage and in the TablePlay service so they can be displayed in profiles and rooms. TablePlay does not import a profile photo from the Google account. The user can replace or delete a selected photo.
Camera access is requested only when the user chooses QR scanning. It is used to read a room invitation code. TablePlay does not intentionally retain camera frames.
5. Data deletion
To delete your TablePlay account data in the app, open Settings → Delete my data and confirm the action. To request deletion without using the app, contact panart.gb@gmail.com and identify TablePlay in your request.
The deletion flow removes the user's TablePlay profile and associated server authentication identity, custom games, personal statistics and achievements, active room membership, hosted-room ownership according to the room lifecycle, recovery credentials, session credentials, uploaded avatar files, and local copies of profile, history, custom-game, progress, preference, and avatar data.
Hosted rooms are closed as part of deletion. Shared game history needed by other participants may remain in an anonymized form, with the deleted participant's personal snapshot removed or replaced by a generic deleted-player marker.
Deleting TablePlay data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Google Play manages the subscription. To cancel it, use the subscription controls in Google Play.
Some minimized records may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or required audit purposes. Premium entitlement and billing reconciliation records are not used to restore the deleted profile and are retained only in minimized form for these purposes.
6. Sharing and service providers
TablePlay uses Google Play for Premium subscription processing and purchase verification, and Google Play Integrity for protected-request verification. The Android release includes Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics SDK components for limited technical diagnostics and stability reporting. Production account, gameplay, room, history, and entitlement decisions are handled by the TablePlay backend and PostgreSQL database; Firebase Auth, Firestore, and Firebase are not the production gameplay database.
TablePlay also relies on hosting and database providers to operate the service. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law. TablePlay does not sell personal information.
7. Security and retention
Network communication uses HTTPS. Access is protected with server-side authorization and access controls. Local session information is protected using encrypted device storage. Information is retained only for as long as needed to operate the service, provide history and support, protect users, prevent abuse, resolve billing or technical disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
8. Cookies and analytics
This privacy page is static HTML and CSS. It does not add JavaScript, cookies, analytics, or tracking. The Android application may process limited technical diagnostics and stability information through the Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics components described above.
